At The Only Facial, we believe making beautiful skin simple starts with an exceptional experience. We are looking for a polished, friendly, and dependable Seasonal Guest Experience & Gift Box Associate to help us deliver an elevated client experience during our busy holiday season.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their appearance, has a strong attention to detail, and is happy to support the team wherever needed. From welcoming clients to helping guests find the perfect gift, this person will play an important role in making every visit to The Only Facial feel special.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Front-of-House Support

• Warmly greet clients as they arrive and create a welcoming, professional first impression.
• Assist with client check-in and help ensure a smooth, organized arrival experience.
• Support the front desk team by answering questions and helping direct clients as needed.
• Maintain a polished, inviting, and organized reception area throughout the day.
• Anticipate client needs and look for opportunities to make each visit feel thoughtful and effortless.

Holiday Gift Box Sales & Support

• Present and sell The Only Facial's holiday gift boxes to clients and walk-in guests.
• Help clients understand gift box options and confidently recommend gifts for friends, family, and loved ones.
• Answer incoming messages and inquiries about gift boxes, including availability, purchasing, and pickup details.
• Assist with gift box preparation, organization, inventory, and handoff to clients.
• Ensure gift boxes are presented beautifully and ready  for purchase or pickup.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional communication across all client interactions.

Studio Support & Cleanliness

• Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens.
• Support ongoing sanitization and cleaning of designated studio areas in accordance with The Only Facial's standards.
• Restock supplies and help maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and shared spaces.
• Identify and address small operational needs throughout the day to help the studio run smoothly.
• Assist the team with additional tasks as needed during the holiday season.

• Availability during the holiday season, including weekends or peak shopping days as needed.
