We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to join our Cape Girardeau office. The person we are looking for is creative, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

This is an entry-level role (1–3 years experience preferred), with openness to a paid internship for the right candidate. You’ll work closely with our team while taking ownership of day-to-day social media execution across multiple client accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Create and schedule social media content across multiple client accounts


• Capture and produce organic content (photo + video) both in-office and on-site with clients


• Write captions that align with each client’s voice, brand, and goals


• Engage with client communities through comments, messages, and interactions


• Monitor performance and identify what’s working (and what’s not)


• Stay up to date on social media trends and bring new ideas to the table


• Collaborate with our internal video and design teams for elevated content execution

What We‘re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation (or strong internship experience)


• A self-starter mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to do


• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)


• An eye for content (what looks good, what performs, and what feels authentic)


• Basic experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)


• Familiarity with social media management platforms (Metricool, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)


• Strong communication skills and attention to detail


• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a team environment

This role is ~20 hours per week, based in our Cape Girardeau office, with:

• In-office collaboration Monday–Thursday


• Remote Fridays


• Opportunities to visit client locations for content creation


• Strong potential for this role to grow into a full-time position as workload and performance allow.
