Administrative Aide 1 - Football New Media Student Assistant

Hourly Pay Rate: $10.00 - $20.00

The Administrative Aide 1 will support the department/organization in various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of Football New Media


• Helping with or preparing for football workouts, practices, games, team events, and community events


• Supporting Football New Media staff


• Providing customer service when interacting with players, coaches, and staff


• Updating and maintaining a catalog of photos and videos


• Demonstrating professional verbal and written skills


• Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other industry standard softwares

• Creating social media material and marketing materials to promote the Tulane football program

Qualifications:

● Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
