Student Assistant - FWS

Scan packages using Received Digital software, assist postal representatives with package deliveries to student mail centers, respond to phone calls and answer doors, and complete assigned projects.

Essential responsibilities include scanning and processing packages using Received Digital software; assisting postal representatives with the delivery of packages to student mail centers; responding to telephone inquiries and providing customer service support; maintaining accurate package-processing procedures; and completing assigned operational, administrative, and special projects as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:  Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the 2026-2027 academic year to be considered for this position. Applicants are asked to demonstrate proof of their FWS award by printing their “Award Overview” screen from OASIS.
