Student Assistant - FWS/ Athletics Compliance

The FWS Student Assistant position will assist the Athletics Compliance Office with tasks to ensure that USF student-athletes remain eligible to compete

Assist in monitoring athletics activities to ensure compliance with NCAA rules and regulations.
•Support Athletics Compliance Office staff with game-day compliance operations, including select home football games as available.
•Collaborate with Athletics Compliance Office staff on departmental projects and special initiatives.
•Assist in the development and preparation of NCAA rules education materials for coaches, staff, and student-athletes.
•Work closely with compliance staff to complete administrative tasks and support the daily operations of the Athletics Compliance Office.
•Maintain confidentiality while handling compliance-related information and documentation

Minimal Qualifications:

• Current USF student with Federal Work Study award- must upload award and class schedule for fall 2026
• Criminal Background Check- level 1
