Student - Assistant to International Development Office

Support the International Development office with donor relations and administrative duties

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• Assist data management of donor/alumni information by utilizing various software (MS-Excel, Peoplesoft, GIS, OnBase, etc.)
• Assist preparing and mailing gifts/documents for donors
• Assist physical inspection and maintenance of donor plates and trees
• Assist general administrative duties (including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.)
• Native level Japanese language skills (reading & writing) are required
• Must be very organized and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality of donors’ personal information
• Experience working in an office setting a plus.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, experience and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the range listed here.
