JOB DESCRIPTION

Student Wave Leader

The Student Wave Leader will support the Newcomb Tulane College First-Year Experience Office by being an integral part of New Student Orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the orientation and transition of new students throughout New Student Orientation and Fall Welcome


• Supporting new students through Spring Orientation and the beginning of the Spring semester


• Working closely with a small group of students to familiarize them with life at Tulane


• Offering guidance and support to first-year students experiencing New Student Orientation


• Attending trainings and meetings to prepare for Orientations

Qualifications:

• Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University


• Completion of two academic semesters at Tulane University (potentially)
