Position Title: Student Worker - Social Media/Marketing - Waco Civic Theatre

POSITION SUMMARY – This position is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management, perfect for students pursuing a career in marketing or communications. This position is reserved for Federal Work Study (FWS) students only. 

FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
• Help manage Waco Civic Theatre’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and event promotions.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies for upcoming shows and events.
• Photograph rehearsals and shows for post content and theatre records.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

REQUIRED Hard / Specialized Skills:
