As a Cashier at Dairy Queen, you will play a crucial role in managing transactions, ensuring accurate pricing, and providing top-notch service to our valued customers. As a Chill person you will play a crucial role in producing the famous DQ treats that everyone knows and loves. Join us in creating positive memories and delighting fans of all ages!

Service Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit
• Operate cash registers and manage transactions efficiently
• Scan items, verify pricing, and handle payments in various forms
• Provide change, receipts, and exceptional customer service
• Bag and package purchased items for customers
• Upsell and cross-sell products when opportunities arise

Chill Responsibilities:

• Produce all the DQ famous treats from scratcg
• Clean and stock the Chill Area
• Work as a team during peak times to produce treats in a timely fashion
• Focus on quality and apprearance.

Requirements:

• Experience with POS systems and cash registers would be preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong math skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Team oriented
• Fun and spirited personality
