Summer - Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various tasks and projects across different departments (Underwriting, Claims, Safety, etc.).


• Shadow team members to gain a deeper understanding of day-to-day operations in each department.


• Conduct research and analysis to support department-specific initiatives.


• Help prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations.


• Assist in the development of process improvements and recommendations.


• Participate in team meetings and contribute to department goals.


• Take part in company-wide events and training sessions to enhance your learning experience.


• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the insurance industry.


• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.


• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and improvement.

Education and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.


• Must be on track to graduate in Summer 2025 or later.
