Looking for a summer job that's more than just a paycheck? Chick-fil-A Duluth is hiring Front of House and Back of House Team Members for summer 2026 — with the option to keep your role (and your schedule built around classes) once the school year starts back up.

Whether you're home from college for the summer, heading into your senior year of high school, or a local college student looking for a job that actually fits your life, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Front of House (FOH) — Guest-facing roles: taking orders, running drive-thru, hosting in the dining room, crafting drinks and treats, and making every guest's day a little better.

Back of House (BOH) — Kitchen roles: breading chicken, running the grill, prepping fresh ingredients, and keeping food safety and quality at Chick-fil-A standards.

The Details

• Start date: Flexible — we can start you anytime from May through early summer.
• Hours: Full-time and part-time available. Mornings, midday, evenings — we'll build a schedule that works.
• Location: Chick-fil-A Duluth
• Sundays: We're closed. You're off.
