Tax Co-Op Student

McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in the spice, flavor, and seasonings industry, is seeking a part-time Tax Co-op Student. This new hire will work in Global Corporate Headquarters, located at 24 Schilling Road in Hunt Valley, MD. The Tax Co-op Students will report to a Director of Tax.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Extract data from SAP, Hyperion, and CorpTax computer systems

· Analyze and organize data in Excel using complex calculations

· Analysis of financial statements

· Analyze and prepare the Inter-Company Information and Non US Vendor schedules

· Analyze and prepare International Tax Returns (8858 and 5471)

· Use external databases to extract and analyze data

· Special projects

· Light general office responsibilities

Qualifications:

• College business school with major in Accounting

• Experience with Microsoft Office products- Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Strong Organizational Skills

• Undergraduate Sophore or Junior with ability to work approximately 20 hours a week.

· Ideal candidate would be a Sophmore or Junior with the plan to work for two years.
