Job Description - Work Based Learning - Technician

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Assembly of automobiles and automotive parts.
  • Work as part of a team at a workstation along an assembly line completing a designated section of the product before moving it along to the next station.
  • Work with air and/or battery power tools and hand tools.
  • May work as a member of assembly, paint, or other groups and be assigned different work stations/rotations as production needs require.
  • Possibility of operating finished production vehicles.
  • Able to follow all apparel guidelines specific to each department.

Additional Requirements:

  • Available to work any shift, including weekends.
  • Have a verifiable stable work history (manufacturing experience a plus)
  • Successfully complete chemical screen and thorough background check to include criminal history and work history
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Hard-working with the ability to stay focused, pay attention to detail
  • Safety conscious and able to work well with others
