Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in reading and math for elementary students. Ideal for students who are patient, communicative, and eager to support early learners with guided training.

Responsibilities and Career Competencies:

1. Provide one-on-one reading assistance to identified students – C, P


2. Provide small group reading and/or math assistance to identified students – C, CT, P


3. Train with on-site supervisor for effective tutoring practices – C, CT, P


4. Engage with students to evaluate progress – C, P

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday based on school needs and student class schedule. No weekend hours.

Work Conditions: Normal school environment; may include noise.

Physical Demands: Keyboarding, stooping/kneeling.

Additional Notes: Tutors must maintain confidentiality. Paid training provided. Duties include assisting elementary students with reading and/or math, helping with homework, and reinforcing reading skills and comprehension. A free background check is required before beginning.

Number of Positions: 2–4

Pay Rate: $10.50/hour
