Academic Scheduler

USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app

Work with Keene State's Provost's office to manage course classroom assignments utilizing the student information system (Colleague) and the space scheduling tool (25Live). Provide training, support, and documentation on functions required to complete tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities

• In Spring 2026, work with Associate Provost to get Fall 2026 and Summer 2026 courses activated and assigned to classrooms in the absence of an academic scheduler. 

• In early summer 2026, once a permanent academic scheduler is hired, work with new hire to provide in-depth training, support, and documentation to oversee the academic scheduling process, including optimization and room assignment, for Spring 2027 courses. 

• In Fall 2026, provide additional training and support for academic scheduler regarding schedule troubleshooting typical at the start of the academic year.

Compensation Pay Range:

$23/hour
