Job Description - Adjunct Director of Youth Programs

This is a temporary adjunct position to bridge the gap between the retirement of an employee and when the position can be filled. The current employee has agreed to remain in a part-time adjunct position for the sake of office continuity and transition. The position is the Director of Youth Programs and Minors Education (or K-12 Partnership Director – current position title).

Duties/Responsibilities

  • (85%) Duties currently assigned to Director, including Protection of Minors Education, Youth Program Enrollment Management, summer youth program protocol development and communication to internal and external audiences.

  • (15%) Assist with transition of individual hired for position.

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

  • Current position education & experience (bachelor’s degree, 10 years exp in higher education and minors’ protection)

Compensation Pay Range:

$38 per hour
