【Advertising Sales】岗位职责

客户开发与维护

• 通过各种渠道主动开发潜在广告客户，建立客户资源库。
• 定期拜访现有客户，维护客户关系，确保客户的长期合作

广告产品销售与执行

• 负责销售广告产品，尤其是针对本地生活服务等行业客户，推广站内广告资源和整合营销方案。
• 与客户沟通广告需求，结合公司产品和资源，制定个性化的广告投放方案。
• 协调公司内部资源，确保广告项目的顺利实施和投放效果。

销售目标达成

• 依据公司的销售目标，执行个人销售计划，按时完成销售业绩。
• 分析客户的广告需求，提供有效的广告解决方案，推动广告销售订单的达成。

合同谈判与签订

• 与客户就广告投放价格、周期、形式等进行商务谈判，确保合同签订顺利。
• 跟踪合同执行过程，确保按时收款及完成合同条款的约定。
• 定期收集客户反馈，分析广告投放效果，为客户提供优化建议。

内部协作

• 与公司内部团队（如市场部、设计部、销售部等）紧密合作，确保广告项目顺利推进。
• 配合外卖业务部门进行广告资源位的协调和设置

岗位要求：

• 一年以上销售经验，有互联网销售，商务谈判类工作经验者优先优先考虑；
• 优秀的英语口语沟通与谈判的能力，拓展能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及挖掘客户能力，对目标有强烈的达成意向；
• 较快融入团队，配合团队完成销售和项目跟进，具备在较强压力下出色完成任务的能力；
• 熟悉电脑操作，熟练使用Excel、PPT等各类办公软件
