What You'll Do
- Deliver customized, results-oriented treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, HydraFacial, SkinPen, laser hair reduction, and body treatments (Emsculpt/Emsella)
- Conduct thorough skin consultations using tools such as VISIA to assess client needs and goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans and home care regimens
- Educate clients on skincare, services, and product recommendations
- Maintain accurate, detailed treatment documentation
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Build strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Support clinic growth through product sales and service recommendations
A Day in the Life at Renew Aesthetics
Your day starts with preparing your treatment room-ensuring everything is clean, stocked, and ready to deliver a seamless, high-end client experience.
As your first client arrives, you review their history, perform a thoughtful consultation, and tailor the treatment to their goals. Whether it's a HydraFacial, chemical peel, or SkinPen session, you focus on delivering both results and an exceptional experience.
Throughout the day, you'll:
- Move through a full, well-managed schedule of treatments
- Build relationships with repeat clients while welcoming new ones
- Educate clients on their skin and confidently recommend products and services
- Document treatments and ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with your team to keep the clinic running smoothly
Between appointments, you reset your room, check in on upcoming clients, and stay on track to maintain an efficient flow without sacrificing quality.
You may also:
- Support promotions, events, or open houses
- Follow up with clients or confirm upcoming appointments
- Stay current on new treatments, products, and best practices
At the end of the day, you wrap up documentation, ensure your space is ready for the next day, and leave knowing you've helped clients feel more confident-and helped grow a thriving, high-performing practice.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Aesthetician (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and technologies
- Polished, professional presence with a client-first mindset
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Proven ability to recommend and sell skincare products/services
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and positive
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time position, Wednesday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Primarily weekday schedule with occasional evenings for events
- In-person role in a clinical/med spa setting
- Opportunity to participate in events, promotions, and open houses
