About the role

HealthFitness is excited to welcome an Aquatic Fitness Instructor to our team at Mercy HealthPlex - West Clermont, managed by HealthFitness in Batavia, OH!

In this role, you’ll lead fun, effective, and safe aquatics group exercise classes that help members move better, feel stronger, and enjoy their time in the water. This is a part‑time position working approximately 3 hours per week.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Aquatics Group Exercise to members.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Water Aerobics certification from FiTour, AEA, or WaterArt required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $18/hr - $22/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
