What you'll do:
Produce lighting drawing layouts and enlarged details in CAD and Revit.
Build photometric calculations from Rhino 3D models.
Join Zoom meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and manufacturers to stay up to date with ongoing projects.
Manage your time efficiently, anticipating workload to meet deadlines and deliverables without delays.
Stay knowledgeable of top-quality lighting manufacturers in the U.S. and internationally.
Ensure all documentation meets U.S. standards and project requirements.
Contribute creative and technical input to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
What you must have:
3+ years of experience in a similar architectural lighting design role.
Proven experience working on commercial and residential projects.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Lighting Design.
Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of lighting codes, regulations, and standards.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on streamlining processes.
A great plus:
Experience with AGI32.
Knowledge of InDesign and Excel.
Familiarity with lighting calculations and technical documentation workflows.
