Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s in Nursing required. Prefer Master's in Nursing -MSN (or) DNP (or) PhD in Nursing, (or) a BSN with a Master’s degree in a related field.
2. Current nursing licensure/ registration in nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
3. Current certification required or to be attained within two-year period.
4. Certification must be maintained while employed in this position.
5. Three to Five years Current Neuroscience Intermediate experience required.
6. Leadership experience preferred.
7. Clinical experience will be evaluated on an individual basis by the hiring Nurse Director.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
