Automotive Biller/Inventory Clerk-Part-Time

Are you an organized individual? Do you pay incredible attention to detail? Do you have prior experience working in an automotive dealership?

Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre is currently looking for an experienced Part-Time Billing/Inventory Clerk to join our motivated team.  This job is Monday-Friday 28 - 30 hours per week.  The hours are negotiable, but you must be available to work every other Saturday. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of  automotive billing/inventory experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate.  We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and need to be a team player.

  Breakdown-down and packaging of deals

  Billing Deals

  
  


• Enter Vehicles into our Verifi Inventory System


• 
  

  Stocking in New and Used inventory into software (Tekion)

  
  


• Filing MSO's


• 
  

  Processing DMV Registrations

  
  


• 
  

  Processing all license plate issuing and transfers

  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Verifi


• Knowledge of OLRS NY DVM System


• Tekion Software Experience a Plus


• Ability to provide quality customer service


• Willingness to take initiative


• Quality writing and grammar skills


• Computer literacy


• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily\
