THE JOB:
As a Baker at Park MGM, you will be responsible for following recipes and yield guides. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.8934 USD Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare dishes, follow recipe and yield guides

• Assist in decorating cakes and pastries

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas

• Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Set-up and break down work station

• Regularly runs for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Communicate, direct and assist management, chef and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 1+ Years of prior relevant baking experience
