THE JOB:

As a Banquet Bartender, you will create exceptional guest experiences by crafting and serving beverages with precision and care. Your knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, and service standards will ensure WOW moments for guests at every event, leaving lasting impressions beyond their stay.

THE SCHEDULE: On-call employees are required to work a minimum of 40 hours in a rolling 60-day period. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and Serving Drink : Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer request and standard recipes.

• Customer Service  : Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations. Handle payments, manager tabs and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards

• Inventory Management : Monitor tock levels of beverages, mixers, and supplies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous bartending experience (preferred)

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
