Wild Sun is seeking a Part-Time BCBA that would transition to a full time position as we grow.  Someone who values meaningful relationships, clinical excellence, and continued professional growth. Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing ABA services


• At least 1 year supervising behavior technicians

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly billable expectations
  
  
  
  
  • Part-Time: 15 billable hours
  
  
  
  


• Conduct and evaluate assessments


• Develop individualized treatment goals based on functional assessment data


• Provide consistent, high-quality supervision to behavior technicians


• Train RBTs in treatment implementation


• Coordinate client and technician schedules


• Participate in ongoing staff training and team collaboration meetings


• Implement program plans and instructional activities


• Provide parent and teacher training/consultation


• Respond effectively to crisis situations


• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and data collection


• Attend team meetings, trainings, and sponsored events


• Adhere to company policies and professional standards

Compensation

• $45,000 - $55,000 annual starting salary (full-time). Starting salary increases by experience 


• $50/hour bonus pay for each billable hour worked beyond 15 per week


• Part-time compensation based on elected billable hours

Schedule

  • We operate on a block schedule (mornings 8:30am-12:00pm, afternoons 12:30pm to 4:00pm, evenings 4:00pm to 7:00pm)

• In-person services within a small geographic radius
