Bilingual Part time - Dental Sterilization/ X-ray Tech - willing to train

At Thurman Orthodontics, we are passionate about creating confident, healthy smiles and delivering an unbelievable patient experience. We are currently looking for a Sterilization/Records Technician who is energetic, dependable, and excited to grow with our team.

This position plays an essential role in each patient’s orthodontic journey by helping support both our clinical team and patient experience.

Job Duties Include:

• Taking digital x-rays and orthodontic photographs


• Sterilizing and organizing instruments


• Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency throughout the clinic


• Assisting with patient flow and clinical support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required


• An outgoing, dependable, and personable individual who enjoys helping others


• Someone self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude


• Excellent organizational and communication skills


• A willingness to learn and grow


• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment


• Dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required


• We are willing to train the right individual

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday–Friday | 7:35 AM – 5:00 PM


• Guaranteed minimum of 80 hours monthly


• Some flexibility in choosing the 10 days you will work


• Pay: $20.00–$25.00+ per hour depending on qualifications and experience
