Bingo Attendant - Tropicana Laughlin

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, guest‑focused Bingo Attendant to help create a fun, energetic, and welcoming Bingo experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, thrives in a lively environment, and takes pride in delivering Family‑Style service.

What You’ll Do

• Call a portion of all Bingo sessions with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm
• Sell paper and electronic Bingo units to guests
• Pick up winning Bingo cards on the floor and pay out winnings accurately
• Assist guests with questions, equipment, and game procedures
• Perform additional duties as needed to support smooth Bingo operations
• Maintain availability for scheduled shifts
• Exhibit Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service at all times

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three months of casino‑related experience or equivalent training preferred
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality
• Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and basic business correspondence
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

• Must possess and maintain the applicable regional Gaming card
• Must possess and maintain a valid Health card
