THE JOB:

As a Busperson at Michael Mina, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the restaurant maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, which is essential to supporting the seamless dining experiences our guests deserve. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage station to create a pristine environment that complements Chef Michael Mina's renowned seafood artistry.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.6747 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas

• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of previous experience as a busser or food runner in a fine dining restaurant

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
