Call Center Associate (Part-time Evenings)

About the Role

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll reach out to potential clients who’ve submitted inquiries online, conduct a short qualification screening and needs assessment, then transfer the client to a Licensed Advisor. Royal United provides training and support for the entire process to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in this role. We are searching for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in developing their career in sales. 

What You’ll Do

· Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients (warm leads provided)

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with support from leadership

Job Type: Part-time, 16 hours per week, evening shifts Mon-Thurs 5-9.  

Location: Onsite. 10194 Crosspoint Blvd, Suite 110, Indianapolis, IN 46256

Pay: $22.50 per hour + potential bonuses

Education & Experience:

· High School Diploma or Higher level of completed education

· Customer service or prior phone sales experienced preferred

Key Competencies:

· Must be able to dial the phone 100 times/hour

· Ability to multi-task while prioritizing and working independently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong relationship building skills

· Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· High degree of attention to detail 

· Ability to timely execute assigned tasks

· Superior internal and external customer service and problem-solving skills
