What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship tailored to each client's individual needs.

Your work can make someone's day brighter, provide families with peace of mind, and help clients continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging client independence and engagement

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional individuals
• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
• Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel within the Newton area and surrounding communities
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
