Caregiver PRN & Part-Time Opportunities |Tomball

E&S Home Care Solutions is currently seeking a dependable male or female caregiver to provide long-term PRN/backup care for a quadriplegic client in the Tomball, TX area.

This is not a full-time position. We are looking for someone interested in providing consistent, long-term coverage based on the schedule below.

Position Details

Location:
Tomball

Schedule:

• Friday: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2-hour night shift)
• Saturday: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2 hours each)
• Sunday: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2 hours each)

The client is open to discussing and potentially adjusting the schedule when possible.

This position is intended for long-term, consistent coverage, but it is not a full-time position.

Client & Plan of Care

The client is quadriplegic and requires assistance with mobility and daily routines.

The caregiver will primarily assist with:

• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Morning and nighttime routines
• Personal care and activities of daily living
• Positioning and safe movement
• Companionship and maintaining a safe, respectful environment
• Following the client's plan of care and communicating any concerns appropriately

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is required.
• Experience caring for bedridden clients is preferred; candidates willing to learn may also be considered.
• Experience with transfers and mobility assistance is preferred.
• Spanish-speaking is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Male and female caregivers are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable providing personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Available for the scheduled morning and nighttime shifts.
• Dependable, responsible, and responsive.
• Willingness to provide consistent, long-term coverage.

Background Screening

Candidates must be able to successfully complete the required background screening. Applicants with a criminal background will not be considered for this position, subject to applicable laws and company requirements.
