Catholic Music Director

Location: United States Air Force Academy, CO
Position: Part-time

Duties:

• Lead and coordinate music for all Catholic worship services, including weekends, Holy Days, and special events, ensuring a high-quality musical experience.
• Direct the choir, plan weekly rehearsals, and organize music for services in collaboration with the Catholic Chaplain.
• Recruit and train volunteers for the choir and oversee the setup and maintenance of musical equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience in directing music within a Catholic setting, with knowledge of traditional, contemporary, and liturgical Catholic music.
• Proficiency in reading and teaching vocal music parts and leading choral and instrumental music.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the Catholic Chaplain and choir members.
