Requirements for a COTA with Phoebe Allentown:

• The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
• Graduate of an AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) approved OTA Educational Program.
• Successfully completed fieldwork requirements
• CPR certification
