Job Description - Cleaner - Weekend shift


Job title: Cleaner
Location: Air National Guard, Montgomery, AL

Duties:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the Dining Facility, including dining areas, serving lines, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Sanitize all surfaces, including tables, countertops, serving equipment, and kitchen appliances, to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans used during food preparation and service.
  • Ensure all items are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas.
  • Address spills and messes promptly to maintain a clean and safe environment for dining personnel.
Qualifications:
  • ServSafe certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
