We're currently hiring a Cleaning Technician for a commercial facility in Lapeer, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a predictable evening schedule with one consistent work location.

What You'll Be Doing

• 
  

  Gather and remove trash, replacing liners as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors

  
  


• 
  

  Dust vents, windowsills, equipment, and other surfaces

  
  


• 
  

  Refill paper products, soap, and restroom supplies

  
  


• 
  

  Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break areas, and common spaces

  
  


• 
  

  Clean high-touch surfaces such as door handles, fixtures, and glass

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized janitor closet

  
  


• 
  

  Lock and secure the building at the end of the shift as required

  
  


• 
  

  Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to your supervisor

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all site-specific cleaning procedures and company quality standards

  
  

What You Bring to the Table

  High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
