Club Host/Hostess - Part Time

The LaPlaya Members Only Beach Club is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Host/Hostess. Located within the beautiful LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort on the pristine Gulf coast of Naples, Florida, our private Beach Club offers members an exceptional dining experience in a luxurious beachfront setting.

As the first point of contact for our members, the Host/Hostess plays a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In this position, you will set the tone for each member's dining experience by greeting guests, managing reservations, seating members, and ensuring their needs are attended to from the moment they arrive. You will work closely with the service team to coordinate seating arrangements and maintain efficient table service, helping deliver the high level of personalized attention our members expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Manage reservations and seating assignments.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Maintain an organized host stand and dining room flow.
• Provide exceptional member service and assist with special requests.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact confidently and professionally with members and guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and assist service staff as needed.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
