Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide compassionate bedside care, ensuring comfort and dignity for all residents
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to nurses and healthcare teams
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility policies and state regulations
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents during the overnight hours

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in California
• A passion for elder care and a commitment to resident well-being
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
• Availability to work overnight shifts (NOC)
