CNA Part-time/Full-time Florence Home

Available Shifts:

• FT/CNA - (2p-10:15p)- Bath Aide at least two years' experience needed


• FT/CNA -(6a-6:15p) 


• PT/CNA - (6a-2:15p)


• PT/CNA - (6p-10p)

Our CNA Care Partners will:

• Provide a variety of services under supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to maintain and support resident's quality of life.


• Assist with daily living activities, including social interaction, community connection, dressing, feeding, and bathing.


• Collaborate with Healthcare Team to develop and implement patient care plans


• Document timely and accurate information in electronic health records systems.


• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.


• Administer quality customer care so that we may help our residents live lives to their fullest.

We require our CNA Care Partners to:

• Be CNA certified and registered in the state of Nebraska (75-hour training program)


• Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.


• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
