Competitive Jump Rope Instructor- Part-Time, After-School

Location: Multiple school locations (varies by assignment)
Schedule: 1–4 hours per week, after school
Program Length: Approximately 10 weeks
Start Date: Rolling start dates throughout the school year
Compensation: $50+ per instructional hour (flexible based on experience and assignment)

Concorde Education is seeking enthusiastic instructors to lead engaging Competitive Jump Rope programs for elementary and middle school students. This is an opportunity to help students develop coordination, athleticism, confidence, teamwork, and perseverance through the exciting sport of jump rope.

Students may learn individual tricks, speed jumping, freestyle routines, double dutch fundamentals, partner activities, and performance-based skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Fitness and conditioning
Rhythm, timing, and coordination

Responsibilities
Lead engaging, age-appropriate jump rope instruction
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Encourage student participation and skill development
Adapt lessons for varying skill levels
Maintain a safe and organized program space
Communicate professionally with school staff and Concorde Education
Qualifications
Minimum of 60 college credits preferred
Experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or working with youth
Competitive jump rope, Double Dutch, fitness, gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, physical education, or related experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality
