THE JOB:
As a Cook at the legendary Joel Robuchon restaurant inside MGM Grand, you’ll masterfully apply your culinary techniques to create exquisite dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests! Your radiant smile and attentive service will set the perfect stage for unforgettable dining experiences, allowing you to connect with diners and celebrate their unique stories.

THE STARTING RATE:  $26.6044 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service

• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

• Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred

• Formal Culinary training preferred
