THE JOB:
As a Counter Attendant at Eataly at Park MGM, you’ll be at the heart of an authentic Italian food experience—where guests of all ages come to eat, shop, and learn. From grab-and-go counters to classic Italian favorites crafted by Eataly’s chefs, you’ll help bring the passion, culture, and excellence of Italian cuisine to life, one guest at a time.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.2822 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and items on the menu.

• Take and place orders, serve, and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in the work area as applicable.

• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house area, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests.

• Pack and complete order as per guests’ preference with necessary condiments.

• Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment.

• Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders in designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish supplies and machines as needed.

• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, and notify the supervisor and/or security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays 

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a food handler in a similar environment preferred
