JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for assisting with maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of PROSOCO’s corporate buildings by performing routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, emptying trash, and recycling. This role ensures a safe and sanitary work environment for employees and visitors. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.  This position is Part-time, averaging 15 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

General Cleaning:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors in common areas, offices, break rooms and hallways.
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Cleaning windows and glass partitions.
• Removing trash and debris from designated areas.
• Emptying trash cans and recycling bins.

Restrooms and Locker Rooms:

• Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, toilets, mirrors, fixtures, stalls, showers, partitions and floors.
• Restocking restroom supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, soap dispensers and other ammenities.

Kitchen/Break Room:

• Cleaning and sanitizing tabletops, countertops, sinks, and floors.
• Restocking supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers and other ammenities. 

Equipment Maintenance:

• Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and mops.
• Identify and Report any equipment malfunctions or damage to ensure timely maintenance of cleaning equipment.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Properly handling cleaning chemicals and supplies. 
• Conduct routine visual inspections to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues such as leaks or hazardous conditions.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Complete all assigned training.  
• Contribute to a safe and environmentally secure work environment for themselves, their coworkers, and our customers by following established safety procedures. 
• Assist with seasonal deep cleaning or other special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned, if qualified, to meet business demands.
