Your New Role

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a critical role in creating a great first impression for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering and managing incoming calls with professionalism and care
• Maintaining a 90% call-to-booking ratio to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Following up on internet leads and internal requests to drive business success
• Responding promptly as the first point of contact for all inquiries
• Keeping appointment schedules full across sales, service, water treatment, and HVAC

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Clean criminal background
• Availability for occasional on-call duties after regular hours to remotely answer phones
