Overview

Customer Service Associates are the face of our company. They ensure that all customers get the best wash experience. This is a dynamic frontline role that includes direct customer interaction, equipment service, site maintenance, meeting safety standards and living our company culture. This position is a great way to learn in a fast-paced environment with tremendous future growth potential!

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour (with ability to earn $18 per hour within 12 months)

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Provide exceptional customer experiences through superb wash quality and friendly service


• Operate in a fast paced and structured work environment

• Loading and washing customer vehicles


• Cleaning and basic maintenance of car wash equipment


• Cleaning and maintaining facility inside and out


• Educating customers on our wash services

Requirements

• Smiling face and positive attitude


• Someone that enjoys working both indoors and outdoors


• Willingness to go above and beyond to help customers and co-workers


• Committed to getting the job done right


• Must be hands-on and demonstrate a willingness to learn


• Must be able to work some evening and weekend shifts as assigned


• Be able to bend, squat, and lift (up to 25 pounds), and be on your feet for extended periods of time

• Flexible shifts up to 8 hours

Education

• High school or equivalent
