About the Role

Want to be part of the action at Reliant Park? As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you’ll support exhibitors and customers during some of Houston’s most exciting events, including Texans games, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, concerts, and conventions.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, technology, and event operations—all while working in a fast-paced, unique environment. No event-industry experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome exhibitors and customers at the service desk, over the phone, and by email.


• Process internet and telecommunications service orders, quotes, and payments.


• Answer service and billing questions and recommend additional services when they fit customer needs.


• Maintain accurate customer records and order information in our internal systems.


• Partner with operations and technical teams to coordinate timely, accurate service delivery.


• Support customer service needs during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Texans games, concerts, conventions, and other special events.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; customer service experience is a plus, but not required.


• A friendly, professional approach and strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Basic computer skills and an interest in learning new technology; Microsoft Office familiarity is a plus.


• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a busy environment.


• A collaborative attitude, initiative, and comfort working independently when needed.


• Availability for an event-driven schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
