EXPANDED FUNCTIONS DENTAL ASSISTANT — Ramsi Dental | Wesley Chapel, FL
Part-time · Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8–5 (~24 hrs/week) · $24–$29/hr

About us:
Ramsi Dental is a brand-new general dental practice opening in Wesley Chapel. We're not a corporate office — we're building something from scratch, and we want the right person to build it with us.

Our goal is to grow into a full-time practice, and we're looking for a team member who wants to grow along with it. If you're energized by being part of something early and take pride in helping a practice get off the ground, we want to hear from you!


What you'll do:

• Chair-side assisting for general procedures (crowns, fillings, extractions, implants, and more)
• Take digital X-rays (FMX, Pano, CBCT) and intraoral scans
• Take and pour up impressions as needed
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
• Document clinical notes in practice management software (OpenDental experience a plus)
• Pitch in with front desk and administrative tasks during downtime as we build the schedule

What we're looking for:

• EFDA certification required
• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• X-ray certification required (FL)
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and great with patients
• Team player who takes initiative — we need someone who sees what needs to be done and does it

What we offer:

• $24–$29/hr
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8–5 (~24 hrs/week)
