ACE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, founded in 2000 in Denver, Colorado, to provide low-income children with equal access to quality K-12 private schools through partial scholarship support. Over the past 25+ years, ACE has delivered more than 140,000 scholarships worth over $390 million. This school year, ACE is serving approximately 16,000+ children in Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, and is actively pursuing other expansion opportunities with the support of national funding partners. Position Overview
The Development Coordinator is a part-time role that supports ACE Scholarships' Colorado and National Development teams by providing administrative, project coordination, donor stewardship, and document development support. This position plays an important role in helping the Development team execute fundraising initiatives, communicate professionally with donors and stakeholders, and keep projects, files, and communications organized and moving forward.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically proficient, an exceptional communicator, and enjoys working behind the scenes to help a mission-driven team succeed. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting a collaborative, high-performing Development team.

Compensation
Hourly wage range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience and alignment with internal pay bands.
