Position Summary: Assist with kitchen preparation and meal service for residents and guests while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsible for accurately following menus, delivering high-quality service, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining rooms, kitchen, and dishwashing areas. - 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM during the week
- 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Saturday and Sunday

Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages, fruits, salads, desserts, and assist with additional food preparation as needed.
- Set up dining room tables for meal service.
- Accurately follow resident menus when preparing room trays and/or serving in the dining room.
- Take tableside meal orders and deliver food to residents in an organized, timely, and courteous manner.
- When appropriate, offer available options to exceed resident expectations.
- Deliver nourishments to resident units as required.
- Deliver food carts to designated locations and ensure carts are returned to the kitchen.
- Collect and dispose of trash and garbage in designated containers.
- Clean work areas, dining rooms, equipment, walls, cabinets, storage areas, and other assigned spaces in accordance with established procedures.
- Wash dishes, cookware, flatware, and trays using approved sanitation procedures.
- Perform all other position-related duties as assigned.
