Dining Facility attendant

Location: Maryland Air National Guard Dining Facility (DFAC), Baltimore, MD
Job Title: Dining Facility Attendant
Job Type: Part-Time

Duties:

• Set up and replenish the food serving line before and during meal service.
• Assist in serving food to military personnel in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Clean and sanitize the serving line, utensils, and food contact surfaces after each meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of food service areas, ensuring all equipment is cleaned after use.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the food service area before and after meal periods.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
