Join Clarendale at Indian Lake as a Dining Room Server and make a difference every day while gaining valuable customer service experience. This position is perfect for high school students ages 16 and older, college students, or anyone seeking flexible part-time hours. The plus to this server job is there are no late nights!! Currently our highest need is for our Part time 4pm to 7pm Dinner shift!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.

Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.

Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.

Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.

Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

Must be at least 16 years of age or older to apply

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Dependable and punctual

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and be part of a team

Weekend availability preferred

Experience in food service work preferred

Experience in working with seniors preferred

Hourly Wage starts at $15.50/hr

Weekend differential of $1 more per hour on top of your regular hourly wage

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
